A tour to the the rural...

Yesterday (Saturday), both of us woke up earlier than the usual Saturday. BECOZ I've got to collect my car from the service centre before 1pm. :p Forcing ourselves to wake up earlier. Since we start our day early and don't wanna spend so much parking in the city going shopping. We decided to hang around the rural part of Singapore- Choa Chu Kang and Lim Chu Kang. So while Alvin was driving, I took out my Sony Ericsson to take some vain shots of myself with my NEW shades from MANGO! hee hee....

Crab Fest BUT....

I think 2 to 3 fridays back, i met up with my friends... Jailin and Cuiyi... we went Toa Payoh for CRABS!!! it was really YUMMY! BUT BUT BUT becoz i forgot to take my breakfast and Lunch the whole day... TOO BUSY... when i stuff myself with CRABS.... my GASTRIC hurts like HELL and that pain lasted me 24hrs and I have to see the doctor on Saturday MIDNIGHT and that cost me $78 of medical bills! (So, my dear friends... don't SKIP your meals!) We ordered Crab Bee Hoon, Pork Ribs and Veg with REAL Abalone! I enjoyed THOSE... Before I felt a SHARP SQUEEZING PAIN at my gastric. When it got worst... we ordered Chilli CRAB... It taste good... But my gastric is reject it... I stop eating that after a few bites. AND TOTAL BILLS TURNS OUT TO BE ABOUT $115!

Food that I've cooked

Today, I cookded FRESH prawns (and I mean LIVE PRAWNS!), steamed FRESH fish (and I mean LIVE FISH!), stir fry pork with Szechuan veg (pretty yummy consider that it was my first attempt) and Sambal KangKong... These cost us only $12!

Ever since the supermarket near my place opens... I have been cooking whenever i have some time after work. :p

And here's the rest that I've cooked last few months...

Some time this week, i steamed 2 LIVE crabs too! Hmmm.... Not very fantastic... maybe becoz the man SMASHED the BEST part of the crabs (the "claws") until it was totally exposed...Or maybe I m still lack of skills...hee hee....

As for these... forgot when i cooked it.... But it's Steamed Egg (taste like Charamusi), Stir Fry KaiLan and GUESS WAT!!!!! FRESH FROGS! And I mean LIVE frogs... the man at the supermarket killed them alive and there are 6 of them... As i was waiting for him to kill.... Although i can't see... But i can feel HOW CRUEL I M.... SOB SOB! But they are so fresh and nice!

Also dunno when i cooked this.... pretty simple dishes... Just Stir Fry KaiLan with Oyster Sauce, Sambal Prawns, Terikayi Chicken and Pan Fried Cod fish with some sauce.


So anyone dares to try my cooking? hee hee... Wait till i shift to my OWN home... haa haa...
